North Carolina numerically was ranked #33rd out of the 50 healthiest US states in December 2012.
Our goal and purpose is to empower, enlighten and educate North Carolinians about the benefits of healthy living through competition and fitness.
As a member of the International Bodybuilding Federation (INBF), an amateur affiliate of the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF), you can be sure our three events will feature natural athletes that adhere to strict drug-free policies.
Five-time WNBF Professional LT Faison has been a drug free bodybuilder for two decades, competing in thirty bodybuilding competitions.
His expertise keeps him in high demand among competitors for instructional posing, routine choreography and nutritional preparation.
In addition, Faison’s highly successful natural bodybuilding career has made him a sought after judge for natural competitions throughout the country.
